Returns Because many of our products are specialty acoustic materials and some are drop-shipped, returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Acousticisolationco@gmail.com and include your order number and reason for the return.
Conditions
- Products must be unused and in original condition
- Some items may not be eligible for return due to the nature of the product
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Refunds Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
